What Type of Eater Are You?
Ignorant eaters have been completely brainwashed by the food industry.
They eat a lot of convenience and ready meals and believe they are as good as home-cooked food.
They may live primarily on diet foods and diet drinks but still have a weight problem. They believe that low fat, low sugar, low carb, high protein, or whatever the fad of the moment, is a healthy diet. They don't read labels and believe what is advertised or displayed on the front of the packaging.
Their taste buds can be so numb by the processed foods they eat, that they find home cooked food bland or tasteless, even a curry! They don't know what nutrition they need or how to get it, and they are not aware of what the natural human diet is.
