What Type of Eater Are You?
Regular eaters eat when they are hungry and stop eating when they are full. They see food as fuel for their body and they also enjoy the occasional treat, which is an act of self-indulgence rather than the urge to fulfil an emotional need.
They have a balanced and varied diet and prefer home cooked food over ready meals because that's how they were brought up or they have taken an interest in nutrition. They don't use food to cope with negative feelings, they have other coping mechanisms to deal with their emotions.
Like everyone else, they have their insecurities, but they don't hide them behind food nor blame their weight for any difficulty or failure they may encounter in life.
